Chapter 14: How to Turn a Man into a Woman

Lu Family Living Room.

“Asshole!”

“Freak!”

“No gentleman at all!”

Lu Qingqi, back in his teenage male form, raged at the air, pillows strewn across the floor. He flailed his arms, muttering furiously.

If he were in Liu Wangjiang’s place, he’d have offered a hand, however grudgingly, out of basic courtesy.

But Liu Wangjiang? He walked off without a glance, as if Lu Qingqi wasn’t worth a second look.

Exhausted from his outburst, Lu Qingqi slumped onto the sofa, staring blankly at the ceiling.

His vision sharpened, and a virtual panel materialized. On the left, a countdown ticked toward his next superpower. On the right, his acquired abilities glowed:

  • [Gender Swap]
  • [Mental Domination]
  • [Forced Extreme] (newly selected at the party)

The first two sat in reserve slots, while [Forced Extreme]—aptly named—was active.

In his mind, these powers should’ve turned any naive boy into his obedient “female dog.”

He’d even named the combo: [Gender Swap] + [Mental Domination] + [Forced Extreme] = [Master’s Obedient and Orgasmic Little Female Dog].

But why?

Why did all three fail against Liu Wangjiang, backfiring on him?

First, he transformed into a girl, fled in shame. Then he knelt before Liu Wangjiang in public. And then… that mortifying scene in the garage.

Before superpowers, he couldn’t touch Liu Wangjiang. Now, with powers, he was still losing—and humiliating himself.

What’s the point of these powers?!

“There’s gotta be a way. If direct attacks don’t work, I’ll go indirect.”

“As they say, when Heaven closes forty-nine doors, one remains open.”

“I’m the chosen one with superpowers! I could turn every guy on the street into my obedient little she-dog!”

Fueling his chuunibyou resolve, Lu Qingqi dove back into studying his abilities.

But he overlooked one detail: his powers came with a prefix—Anime Series.

Liu Family Living Room.

Liu Wangjiang stared at the looping garage footage on the TV, cold tea forgotten in his hand.

The video was simple: a teenage boy entered the garage; moments later, a girl exited. The middle was a surveillance blind spot.

He recognized both.

The boy was Lu Qingqi, a childhood acquaintance. The girl was “Xiao Yan,” the chuunibyou oddity from the party.

Initially, Liu Wangjiang dismissed “Xiao Yan,” but the faint teeth marks on his finger nagged him—a variable disrupting his plans. So, he’d asked Butler Meng to investigate.

The result? “Xiao Yan” was a ghost—no records, an illegal resident. The only clue was this bizarre video.

Liu Wangjiang set down his tea, frowning. Lu Qingqi entered, hit the blind spot, then “Xiao Yan” strutted out in a gown.

What did it mean?

Could it be…

“Brother Liu, did the big brother turn into a big sister? He was a brother going in, but a sister coming out,” a childish voice piped up.

Liu Wangjiang glanced over. Yan Qing, the boy in an oversized baseball cap and blue-and-white striped shirt, sat on the sofa, orange cat-like eyes glued to the screen, pondering.

Yan Qing, Zhang Junfang’s student.

Liu Wangjiang initially thought he was Zhang’s son or nephew, but Yan Qing called him “Teacher.”

“Kid, that’s impossible,” Liu Wangjiang said, sipping cold tea and shaking his head. “Turning a man into a woman needs surgery, psychological prep, and external triggers.”

“To make Qingqi a girl, you’d first break his psyche—say, a brutal betrayal by a beloved girlfriend, making him hate women. Or isolate him, let him suffer for being male, hating his gender. Or make him crave a female identity, shifting his orientation…”

“That’s step one. Then you carve them carefully, adjusting—”

He stopped, realizing he’d said too much. Glancing at Yan Qing, whose orange eyes were still on the video, he figured the kid didn’t get it.

Changing tack, he said calmly, “The blind spot’s probably where Qingqi met that woman. He’s still so childish after all these years.”

“Meow meow meow, I don’t get it~” Yan Qing tilted his head, blinking. “Brother Liu’s words are too deep, but I feel the sister is the brother. It’s my gut.”

“Also, you’re kinda like Brother Zhao. Sister Xiaoyin said he tried everything to lock her in a cage, hoping she’d fall for him…”

Liu Wangjiang’s interest piqued.

He didn’t know “Sister Xiaoyin” or “Brother Zhao,” but “lock in a cage” suggested a kindred spirit.

Love isn’t begged for—it’s taken.

Learning from others’ methods could prepare him for the future…

“Ahem, Yan Qing, what’s a psychologist’s code of conduct?” Zhang Junfang’s voice cut in. He held a silver equipment box, his eyes behind glasses sweeping over Yan Qing.

The boy clapped a hand over his mouth. “Teacher’s right! Psychologists can’t spill patient info!”

“Teacher, Brother Liu, you chat. I’m off to game!” Yan Qing grabbed his tablet, scampered to a corner sofa, and dove into his virtual world, short legs swinging.

Zhang Junfang adjusted his glasses and sat across from Liu Wangjiang, who looked curious. He pulled out diagnostic questions and a pen from his box, sliding them over.

“Mr. Liu, let’s begin your first psychological evaluation.”

“Question one: Do you prefer men or women?”
