Chapter 48: Heart to Heart
Thump thump thump~
For Mo Yu, who’d hidden her female identity her whole life, this was her first—and only—intimate moment with a boy. Though she missed kissing Su Qi, the lingering warmth, closeness, and budding sweetness sent her heart racing. Despite years of binding her chest, the intensity made it feel stifling. While Su Qi was in the kitchen, she slipped a hand under her loose male pajamas, loosening the bindings slightly. A-Qi won’t notice a little slack, right?
Breathing easier, she blushed, replaying their accidental intimacy. How do I face him now? Pretend nothing happened? That feels weird. Explain I’m a girl? Or the embrace? Both seem awkward. As she racked her brain, a soft thud came from the kitchen.
“A-Qi?” No response. Realizing he’d been gone a while, panic hit. Did he faint from the shock? Ignoring her sprained ankle, she crawled toward the kitchen like Su Qi had earlier. In the small apartment, it took just eight steps to reach the door.
Peering in, she froze. Su Qi sat in a duck pose, his fair face flushed, peach-blossom eyes dazed, pink lips parted with a trickle of purple juice, exuding a mix of cuteness and languor. One hand clutched a purple drink, the other waved circles in the air, his slender legs tucked beneath him.
Recognizing the bottle, Mo Yu pieced it together. Su Qi, likely seeking a cooling drink, had drunk Ye Fu Fu’s sweet but potent Snake Spirit Fruit wine. Mo Yu had tried it once and slept a whole day. Seeing Su Qi, half a bottle gone and adorably drunk, she silently thanked Ye Fu Fu’s carelessness. This saves the awkwardness. I’ll say it was a hallucination when he wakes. Plus, I can enjoy his company now… maybe even finish what we started.
“A-Qi, you okay?” Crawling closer, she saw him reach for another sip. To prevent alcohol poisoning, she snatched the bottle. “Eh? Where’d it go? I want more~” Su Qi pouted cutely, lunging at her chest.
Fearing he’d hit the wall if she dodged, Mo Yu let him cling. “Hehe, so soft~ A-Yu’s chest is so comfy~” His slurred,娇软 voice and nuzzling, like a baby animal seeking its mother, nearly unraveled her loosened bindings. Panicked, she tried to pry him off. “A-Qi, you’re drunk. Don’t move—I’ll help you to bed.”
But as she pushed his shoulder, she tickled his armpit. He squirmed, and her grip on his loose black hoodie pulled it down, exposing a creamy, flawless shoulder. The contrast of black cloth and white skin, paired with his flushed face and misty eyes, was mesmerizing.
Mo Yu swallowed hard, captivated, until her gaze dropped to a suspicious white fabric. Is A-Qi injured? Why’s he wrapped in white silk? Wait, that binding looks familiar… Curious, she tugged the silk’s end, unraveling it. A soft curve emerged, growing more pronounced. Fully undone, two “bouncing bunnies” and a “deep wound” appeared.
Mo Yu’s mind blanked. My childhood friend A-Qi… is a girl? Shock gave way to relief. It makes sense. How else could he write such detailed yuri novels? Then excitement hit. We’re both girls, and he writes yuri—he won’t reject me!
Recalling their embrace, she reached for her own bindings, fully removing them. As the silk and bandages fell to the floor, a tender scene unfolded in the tiny kitchen. Two “boys” in male clothes revealed soft, feminine curves. As they drew closer, their forms collided gently, hearts aligning.
“A-Qi, I really like you,” Mo Yu whispered.
