Chapter 1: I’ve completely turned into a girl!

Stars scattered across the pitch-black curtain of night.

The pool reflected their glimmer.

A pair of flawless jade-white arms stirred the mirrored image.

Slender jade fingers reached up to cradle the moon — yet it could not be grasped.

Water slipped through the gaps between her fingers and returned to the gently undulating surface of the pool.

Soft waves caressed the girl’s silver-white hair.

Droplets slid down her upturned face, traced along the graceful curve of her swan-like neck, fell upon her powdery-pink fragrant shoulders, and finally merged once more with the pool water as they followed the flawless, creamy jade-like skin.

Her lithe, enchanting figure flowed with elegant lines — as though meticulously carved by a divine hand — floating in this secluded pool, radiant beneath the silver moon like a celestial maiden who had secretly descended to the mortal world to bathe and play.

Visible, yet untouchable.

Yet the girl clearly was not human.

Between her silver hair sprouted a pair of short, translucent crystalline water-blue horns.

Within them seemed to gather dense magical power, emitting a soft blue-white glow.

From her silver hair also peeked a pair of delicate, snow-white pointed ears.

At her waist and hips grew a plump, lengthy tail covered in crystalline silvery-pink scales that shimmered with rainbow hues even in the faint light — utterly dreamlike.

She opened her previously closed eyes.

A pair of magnificent golden vertical pupils — further proof of her inhuman nature.

“Mmm~”

Shu Yue parted her cherry-pink lips and let a few soft, alluring notes escape her throat.

Upon that face — which could truly be called a “masterpiece that outdoes the heavens” — appeared an expression of pure delight and excitement.

Her peach-blossom eyes sparkled with exceptional clarity; tiny scales formed natural eyeshadow, lending a touch of coquettish charm to what had been an otherworldly, ethereal beauty.

Her small chest in the water lifted proudly.

She clenched her little fists and held them against her heart.

“After absorbing the second drop of dragon blood… I feel my strength has more than doubled!”

The more Shu Yue thought about it, the happier she became.

It had already been seven years since she transmigrated here.

In this world, she was now thirteen years old.

Despite her young age, thirteen was already old enough for marriage in this place.

In her previous life she had been an Earth male university student — burning the midnight oil preparing for exams — only to close her eyes one moment and open them the next in this other world, becoming the disciple (in name only) of a bald-headed alchemist who actually treated her as a mere experimental subject.

She could not maintain any mental connection between the two worlds.

And back then… she had still been “he,” not yet become what she was now.

Relying on her own intelligence and wits, Shu Yue had counter-killed that bald cheap master.

From the secret heavenly tome he had treasured, she learned a unique art called 【Stellar Tempering Technique】.

It allowed her to directly refine an extraordinary bloodline — granting even a magic trash like her the possibility of possessing immense power.

These seven years had taught her one profound truth:

In this world, strength is the only true capital for survival.

And then… somehow, she accidentally refined herself into a Silver Dragon Princess.

Speaking of which, this world was quite strange — girls could marry other girls here, and they could even bear children together!

…Though she personally had no interest in that.

While her mind wandered, something suddenly yanked her downward.

In an instant she was pulled completely underwater.

The abruptness startled her; she swallowed a mouthful of her own bathwater.

Then her mouth was immediately covered by something warm and soft.

Shu Yue was horrified to discover a figure in a black hooded robe — one arm wrapped tightly around her waist, the other hand clamped over her mouth.

Underwater, her eyes met the other’s.

At that moment the pale little hand covering her mouth released.

Their faces were only ten centimeters apart — close enough to clearly see each other’s features.

It was a strikingly beautiful blonde girl with eyes as deep and blue as sapphires.

She raised a finger to her lips in a “shh” gesture, silencing all of Shu Yue’s questions.

Then she flung her robe upward, completely covering them both.

In that instant, Shu Yue felt an overwhelmingly intense pressure approaching.

A terror beyond anything she had ever sensed — an enemy whose power lay far outside her understanding!

She immediately froze, not daring to move, pinned beneath the mysterious girl.

Fortunately the terrifying aura soon receded.

Yet the mysterious girl showed no intention of letting go.

Shu Yue had no choice but to actively push her away, swim rapidly to the surface for air, and hurry to the shore to cover herself.

But when she reached the bank… the girl hadn’t come up?

Shu Yue dove back under.

She saw the girl’s figure sinking deeper and deeper.

This pool had formed from a fissure in the earth where spring water surged upward; beneath it lay an underground river.

If she fell into that current, she would surely drown!

Driven by urgency, Shu Yue disregarded her own nakedness and swam desperately toward the sinking girl.

At the very last moment — just before the dark current could claim her — Shu Yue seized the girl’s wrist and pulled her upward until they broke the surface together.

The instant they emerged, Shu Yue gasped for breath.

This pool was really deep!

She first climbed ashore and searched for her clothes — only to discover they had been stolen by someone.

“……”

After three seconds of speechlessness, she had no choice but to peel the hooded robe off the unconscious girl and wrap it around herself.

Invoke Flame Art · Scorching Wind!

She silently chanted in her mind.

Immediately a surge of heat rolled over her body.

Mist rose from her skin and quickly dissipated.

In moments the robe was completely dry.

Only then did her attention return to the mysterious girl.

She noticed faint traces of blood aura on the other’s body.

The beautiful face was deathly pale, lips colorless — clearly on the verge of collapse.

Shu Yue pursed her small lips and let out a helpless sigh.

She walked over, knelt on the ground beside the girl; behind her the plump tail swayed restlessly.

“Huu…”

After several deep breaths, Shu Yue pressed her lips together and looked at the unconscious girl before her.

Barging in while she was bathing, hugging her, touching her waist, then nearly drowning and forcing her to perform mouth-to-mouth resuscitation — don’t think that just because you’re pretty you can do whatever you want! What an utterly shameless rogue!

Having finished her mental pep-talk, she leaned down and pressed her lips to the girl’s.

Two minutes later, after blowing in one last breath, Shu Yue sensed movement.

She immediately straightened up.

The girl suddenly cast water magic — her little mouth gushing like a spring.

“Urk!”

After vomiting, the girl coughed violently.

“Cough cough cough…”

Seeing how pitiful she looked, and noting how severe her injuries were, Shu Yue gently placed her hand on the girl’s body.

Sacred Radiance · Healing Art.

Soft white light — the very symbol of healing — flowed into the girl’s body.

Her chaotic aura gradually calmed.

Eustia wiped her mouth, then suddenly sensed something unusual.

She turned her head and looked toward Shu Yue, who had just cast healing magic on her.

A flicker of astonishment passed through those deep blue eyes…

Shu Yue also noticed the gaze. She unconsciously tightened her grip on the robe and withdrew her hand.

She stood up and turned to leave — she didn’t want to get involved with this girl.

After all, the other party had attracted the pursuit of an extremely terrifying powerhouse.

If they had been discovered earlier, she herself would most likely have died too.

Eustia snapped out of her daze.

Seeing Shu Yue about to leave, she instinctively reached out and grabbed the edge of the robe.

One tug later — the robe was pulled clean off.

Beneath the silver moonlight, Shu Yue’s flawless nude body flushed visibly at incredible speed — especially the tender white tips of her pointed ears peeking from her silver hair, now thoroughly scarlet.

Shu Yue snatched the hooded robe back and shot the stunned Eustia a vicious glare — anger mixed with deep embarrassment.

Hmph! Women are all pickled chicken feet!

That single glare actually stunned Eustia for a full three seconds.

By then Shu Yue had already walked three meters away.

Staring at the silver-white long hair, Eustia called out:

“Cough cough… thank you… oh right, my name is Eustia.”

“……”

Shu Yue’s footsteps paused for a moment.

She hurriedly channeled magic and flashed away in several bursts of speed.

Eustia struggled to her feet from the ground but did not give chase — her current body was far too weak.

“Who… exactly was she?”

“That appearance… a dragon race? She’s from the dragon race? But why would a dragon girl appear in a place like this?”

“Did my reincarnation somehow affect this life?”

“Just now… did she…”

Thinking of that soft sensation from earlier, Eustia couldn’t help covering her own mouth.

The next day, early morning.

Shu Yue gazed at the hazy golden sun rising through the thin mist and let out a quiet sigh.

As the warm sunlight bathed her body, a transformation began.

All her non-human features gradually turned illusory and faint.

The silky silver long hair turned into short black hair.

The transcendent, otherworldly face became a delicate, refined appearance — still very beautiful, yet vastly inferior to her Dragon Princess form.

But this… was Shu Yue’s true appearance.

The Dragon Princess form appeared only when her bloodline power was activated.

In that state, her strength and speed received enormous boosts.

When she first fused with the initial drop of dragon blood, she could — as a mere beginner apprentice — face off head-on against a first-tier combatant.

Now, after absorbing the second drop, in Dragon Princess form she could probably easily defeat ordinary first-tier opponents.

Originally Shu Yue had felt rather smug about it.

Collecting dragon blood was extremely difficult — every bit refined drop by drop using Stellar Tempering Technique, requiring immense time and money.

It had taken her half a year just to gather the second drop.

But after last night’s events, she realized this level of power was still far from enough.

“Shu Yue, you must remember — this world is cold and cruel. No one will help you. The only person you can truly rely on is yourself!”

Shu Yue clenched her fist tightly; a flash of icy coldness passed through her eyes before quickly disappearing.

Wait…

She slowly lowered her head.

A strange, hollow feeling rose inside her — as though something had been lost.

The gray hem of the robe gathered together, concealing her body.

Beneath the robe, her hands slowly parted the fabric.

She saw the pair of small steamed buns from her Dragon Princess form… and below that, smooth, flawless skin without a single blade of grass — let alone any tree of creation. There was, however, a small ravine.

Shu Yue wondered if she hadn’t slept all night and was hallucinating from exhaustion.

She rubbed her eyes with both hands.

A cool breeze passed between the two white jade pillars — the chilly sensation made the girl instinctively clamp her legs together.

Her body trembled involuntarily.

Her face alternated between red and pale, filled with both shame and fear.

Her mind was a complete mess, utterly lost.

Her delicate little face was full of panic — she had no idea what was happening.

Ten minutes later, after careful “research,” Shu Yue confirmed it.

It really was gone.

The girl tightly wrapped the robe around herself.

In her amber eyes shimmered faint crystalline tears.

“Why… is it like this…”

Before this it had always been fine — at most her skin became fairer and more tender, her body slimmer and more delicate.

How did it directly… disappear this time?

Could it be…

Because of the Dragon Princess transformation?

“If it’s not absolutely necessary from now on… I can never use bloodline power again. If I use it too frequently, I might eventually turn into a mindless dragon beast and lose all humanity — and then I would no longer be able to live in human society!”

But she needed power.

Collecting dragon blood was still essential.

As long as she didn’t activate the bloodline power, it shouldn’t affect…

What Shu Yue wanted was to use the bloodline to compensate for her terrible magical talent.

Her foundation was simply too poor — even the lowest Dust-class spell had taken her a full year to barely reach apprentice level.

“I should head back first…”

Shu Yue gave one last glance at her body that had now completely become that of a girl.

A flush crept across her face.

Suppressing the shame surging in her heart, she stepped forward and headed toward the nearest pioneer camp.

Interesting… Though I don’t tend to enjoy stories where the MC tries to keep themself hidden. It just tends to get repetitive and boring if not done right. Hopefully it is done well in this story.
